If your bum isn’t happy and clean after using The UnWipe wipes replacement, contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@theunwipe.com for a return/refund.

With most return policies, the product can only be returned if it is in new and unused condition. Not us. We really really want you to try The UnWipe and feel its benefits firsthand. Like...really feel. What’s the point in buying The UnWipe, staring at it when it arrives, and not even checking out how it transforms your own toilet paper to … well, you know?

So we ask that you try The UnWipe. Watch Logan’s videos, add water, and put it in a convenient place in your main bathroom.  Use it consistently for at least seven days to see how having your own toilet paper made stronger, textured, and a little bit wet cleans better than dry paper and costs less than wipes you have to keep buying.

Then if you aren’t satisfied – if your bum's not clean and your plumbing is jonesing for flushed wipes – contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We may process the refund without requiring the product to be sent back to us. Since it’s a personal hygiene product, it’s not like we’re going to sell it to someone else. Instead, we’ll send you a questionnaire for feedback that can help us help other people eliminate the use of flushable wipes. Upon receiving your responses, we’ll process the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase. At our discretion, we may require the product to be returned to us – you can choose the shipping method that is easiest and cheapest for you – before the refund is processed.

Limitations to Refund Policy:

Purchases of multiple units of product will not be refunded. Why? It’s just too wasteful. The UnWipe is so crazy simple to use, but if you are uncertain of how it will help you get a cleaner bum and stop damaging plumbing with flushable wipes, please first try one of The UnWipe before getting three. You can always get more later!

For refunds of purchases shipped outside of the Continental United States, we refund the purchase price exclusive of shipping and VAT. Why? International shipping and VAT fees, plus shipping fees for Alaska and Hawaii, are transmitted directly to the shipper and the country of destination and not to The UnWipe Company Inc.

We reserve the right to limit sales to customers with a history of returns or abuse of return policies and to work with Shopify to limit abuses. Why? It's just so wasteful, and The UnWipe's purpose is to reduce waste.
