Refund policy

Single-unit orders (1 unit) may be returned and refunded within 30 days of receipt. This applies once per customer.

Multi-unit orders (2 or more units) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Why? This policy balances trying the product with avoiding waste. We want you to use The UnWipe — and we believe it will replace the harmful wet wipes and other inadequate solutions you rely on now, whether you're at work, the gym, an airport, a hotel, a stadium, or anywhere else that offers little more than cheap paper.

Because The UnWipe is a personal hygiene product, returned units are not restocked or resold — they are disposed of. If you're not certain it's right for you, try one first.

To initiate a return: Email us at support@theunwipe.com. We'll provide the return address. Please don't ship anything before contacting us — there is a specific address for returns, and it is not the return address printed on your package (that address exists only for undeliverable mail).

Once we receive the authorized return, your refund will be processed. If your original order included free shipping, the full purchase price will be refunded. If your order required paid shipping (AK, HI, PR, etc, plus orders subject to shipping minimums), the purchase price will be refunded but not the shipping cost.

Damaged or incomplete orders: We inspect every item twice before shipping. If something arrives damaged or missing, contact us and we'll make it right.
